I had a wonderful stay at this spa hotel. The staff was truly attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere every step of the way. I particularly loved the variety and quality of food available at the dining options, making every meal enjoyable. The kids' club and other family-friendly amenities were perfect for making my family's stay special. However, I found that while the spa services were exceptional, the shuttle service could have been more frequent to enhance convenience.
